We invite you to become a vendor at the upcoming WAR Rally!
This 3rd annual motorcycle rally unites hundreds of bikers nationwide. Your participation will not only bolster the success of our gathering but also grant your business valuable exposure to a broad spectrum of enthusiasts, including motorcycle riders, their families, and spectators who embrace the culture and lifestyle associated with this passion. Last year we had over 1000 bikes come through.
All Vendor Booths: Saturday May 16th 9 am - 5 pm, San Jacinto Courthouse Square, Coldspring

With the addition of Whosoever South Concert at 6pm - vendors may optionally stay open until dusk.

The W.A.R. Rally will be held around the San Jacinto County Courthouse Square, the address is
1 State Hwy 150 Coldspring TX 77331.
Since the Courthouse is a working government building, Friday setup on the Square is NOT permitted.
🚛 Saturday, May 16th: Setup & Logistics
Vendor check-in: Please see map for entry route, we ask that you enter via Hwy 150 to E Pine then check in at E Pine & Butler OR the WAR Rally booth at Cedar & Butler.
VENDOR PARKING: after unloading Vendor Parking is 1 block away off of FM 1514 at the Jones Educational Complex - Address: 125 FM 1514 Coldspring TX 77331
6:00 AM - 8:30 AM: The Square opens for drop-off and setup.
Feel free to come anytime during these hours to drop off your booth and setup
8:30 AM: All vehicles must be moved out of the vendor area.
8:45 AM: Street closures begin (Butler St. and Cedar St. sections).
All vehicles MUST be out of event area
9:00 AM: Event Starts
Spots: location assignments will be emailed a few days prior to the event
Emails: please make sure email address warrally@harvestreach.org is added to your address book as a contact so emails will not be sent to SPAM
Shelter: no booths will be setup at the San Jacinto Co Shelter except for the band booth
Booths: remember no stakes in the ground or destruction of grass on the square
Item Restrictions: According to the Vendor agreement: the event is a family-oriented function that are aimed at presenting entertainment and activities suitable for the entire family, including minors. Thus, the event committee reserves the right to restrict the artwork and crafts sold and displayed. Such items must not contain nudity, profanity, obscenity or otherwise objectionable material.
🎉 Events & Engagement
We have a full day planned to keep foot traffic high and visitors engaged:
Facilities: Porta-potties will be located at 101 E. Cedar Ave (in front of the 1Community Center).
First-aid: booth will be located at the corner of FM 1514 and Butler St.
Kids Zone: Bouncy house (9 AM – 4 PM) and Valve Cover Races (11 AM). will be in the field area adjacent to the Community Center
Food Trucks/Trailers: will be located catty-corner from the Community Center in the dirt area next to the Senior Center
Adult Events: Contests and activities will run throughout the day on the Square.

12 NOON Beard Contest
12:30 PM Stereo Contest
1 PM Loud Pipe Contest
2 PM Bike Show
3:30 Slow Race
Harley Davidson: The Woodlands Harley Davidson will have a booth and do motorcycle demo test rides during the rally
The Eagle (102.3) Radio Station will be broadcasting live from the WAR Rally all day
KSBJ (89.3) Radio Station /Hope Media Group will have a booth at the event as well
Main Concert: Whosoever South performs at 6:00 PM at the San Jacinto Co. Shelter.
Security: We will have a First Aid booth and paid security on-site
Road crossing: security will help pedestrians cross the road from Square to Shelter
Food Trucks/Trailers: please make sure you have obtained a city of Coldspring mobile food truck permit directly from the city prior to the event. https://cityofcoldspring.com/
📦 Booth Management
Teardown: You may begin packing up as early as 5:00 PM. If you wish to stay for the concert crowd, you are welcome to keep your booth open until dusk.
Utilities: Please remember that electricity and water are not provided.
Cleanliness: Vendors are responsible for hauling away their own trash at the end of the day.
